Saturday, July 22, 1922

A good day. Ben & Henry went
to Marvin Smiths to hunt
minks. Could not start any.
They eat breakfast up there.
This evening Ben looked for
the turkeys that is missing
but did not find them.
Grace B come and brought
us some apples. Lee come
and got the cider mill.
Henry went to spend the
night with Hugh Brumfield.
I have not worked much
today. Would be glad I had
done more. Will have to
make up for my idleness
to morrow if I am able.
I heard today that Levi East is
dead. I knowed him when he was a little boy.
