A good day. The boys helped
cut tobacco at Norman
Bookers. Jim & Henry eat
dinner at Bookers. Ben
come home. This evening
Pearl Wiggonton & and her
mother & Virginia Harvey
come to see Josie. Mrs
Alice Carter come a few
minutes. Mrs Booke[r] come.
She brought some snaps.
& peas. Kate brought snaps.
I am glad of them.
We have had two fine
musk mellons today. Max
Car come this evening.
I am so near asleep
that I cant write.
