Wednesday, May 16, 1923

A rainy morning. We
were glad. The boys
planted some tobacco
but it is colde. I am a
fraid it will die.
Mr. Booker helpe them.
His plants were not ready
to plant. I made a
tick for a bed. Will
put feathers in it
soon if nothings.
I dont know any thing
to write. I want to see
all of the
children. I get lonesome
and worrie a bout
what is to do and how
to do it.
