[preprinted] Know all Men by these Presents,
THAT [written] Lucius B. Wing of Charlemont in the County of Franklin & Commonwealth
of Massachussetts. Administrator on the estate of Bani Wing
[preprinted] late of [written] Charlemont aforesaid deceased intestate, [prewritten by an order of the [written] Court of Probate
[prewritten] of [written] Franklin [prewritten] begun and holden at [written] Greenfield [prewritten] in and for said county
on the [written] twenty first day of December 1847 [prewritten] was licensed
and duly empowered to sell and pass deeds, to convey [written] all [prewritten] of the real
estate of the said [written] Bani Wing deceased [prewritten] for the [written] payments of debts
[prewritten] and incidental charges

[prewritten] And whereas [written] I [prewritten] , the said [written] Lucius B. administrator as aforesaid [prewritten] having given [strikethrough] thirty days [/strikethrough]
public notice of the intended sale, [written] by publishing notice thereof in the Gazette & Courier a
Newspaper printed in Greenfield in [sd?] County; three weeks successively previously
to the time of sale
[prewritten] and having first given bonds, and taken the oath, by law in such cases required, did on the [written] fourth day of March 1848 [prewritten] pursuant to the license and notice aforesaid, sell
at public vendue the following tracts of land, being [written] a part [strikethrough] of [/strikethrough]
[prewritten] of the real estate of said [written] deceased [prewritten] to [written] Charles Wing
[prewritten] of [written] Charlemont aforesaid [prewritten] for the sum of [written] Six hundred twenty dollars
[prewritten] he being the highest bidder there-
for, as follows to wit: [written] one undivided half of a certain farm in aid Charlemont containing
by estimation one hundred & eight acres of land; bounded as follows, to wit; beginning at a Stake
and stones near the highway, on the line of the late Moses Barbers lane; then running north eighty
five degrees west. One hundred & fifty three roos [?] & twelve links to a Stake & Stones; then South
twenty eight degrees west; thirty three roos [?] to a stake & stone, then Southerly on lane of John Barber,
fifty roos [?] to a stake & stone; then South eighty four degrees east, one hundred thirty one rods, to the
[illegible] then South twenty one rods to a Stake & stones; then south eighty degrees east [illegible] eight rod
