City Mobile July 28th,/66

Honl. Mayor Brookhaven

Sir

You will find by the enclosed letter of the whereabouts of A. B. Pringle &. as the Reward did not Cover the Expenses of his arrest the last time further expenses of officers Cannot be encountered—

If the Govr. would think proper to offer a reward that would Surely Cover all possible expenses & you should not be successful in getting him I hazzard nothing saying I think he can be retaken.

Verry Respectfully

David Parsons
