am going to suggest is subject to alterations if trains are changed.

night train from Buffalo, no 11 on the Big 4 which would get me to Indianapolis at 11:30 A.M. on Tuesday, but I should prefer the day train. I cannot possibly stop over on Thursday June 6. I must positively be in my lecture room here on Friday June 7 to finish up the work of the term.

I shall therefore, unless better schedules are made on 1 June, than to leave Indianapolis at 4:15 A.M. on Thrursday morning.

Hoping you will let me know who far there arragements sent you

Believe me to be, with anticipations of a pleasant visit

Very truly yours, H. Morse Stephens
