In accordance with Letter from L.H. Board of July 2 I have the honor to inclose for
approval the only Copy in my office of Contract with C.F. Brown for building Light Keepers dwelling at Cape Disappointment Wash. Ty, on which Contract I have copied the approval of the L.H. Board. made on the original contract sent them June. 12. 1871. and I respectfully request that this copy be returned to me.
