A beautiful day. Ben & Jim
went to Gretna. Ben solde
tobacco. Was very well pleased.
Ben got Marvins auto and
come home last night. Josie
has not suffered as much
today as she does some day.
Mrs Booker come to see
Josie this evening. Mr Kellie
brought Josie a nice box
of good things to eat today.
They have bin good to Josie
& so have all the people
a round. Kate was here
a few minutes this morning.
She wanted a few chickens.
I have caught 4 tonight.
Ben wants to commence
getting land ready to sow wheat.
