Crave for Forms

1 Decb /55

Sir

With reference to the latter part of your circular of
the 13 October last, whereby you direct that duplicate copies of
the Forms sent to your department, should be kept by the
Receiver I beg to acquaint you that the immediate
delivery of anchors, and parts of Chain Cable Cables to the
Masters of Vessels who may lose them in Bridlington Bay
will be of frequent occurence, and invoke a large expenditure
of Form W 13 - And as I had but 10 forms of that number
in the first instance, such supply was quite inadequate to
the requirements of the service - I will therefore thank you to
direct a supply of 3 quires to be forwarded to me, which judging
from the quantity of wreck in preceding years may be suf-
ficient to last through the coming winter months.
