I beg to acknowledge the receipt of
circular No 86 dated 15th Instant, on the subject
of Admiralty Regulations as to Lights and Fog
Signals " and will thank you to send me another
copy. And, - as my clerk has a set of
Instructions, you will oblige by supplying me with
two Orders in the future that one may be annexed
to his set as well as to my own. J.S.

was picked up, on the sea shore on the 27th Ult.
