1567 9/12 Cubical Contents will afford sufficient and safe
accomodation for 60 persons. The two 24 feet waist boats to be
fitted as life boats. Noted & returned 19th May 1858.

All parties concerned in the Tallow
offence have now made atonement, consequently no further
proceedings will be instituted; you will therefore oblige by
letting me know the amount due to the Officers of your
department, - that the same with other expenses - may be laid
before the Board of Trade, for the purpose of obtaining an Order
for payment. JS.
