Sir,
I beg to acquaint you that it has been arranged that the in-
-vestigation into the circumstances attending the loss of the
Vessel "North Sea", late under your command, which the
Board of Trade have directed me to hold before the Stipendiary
Magistrate of this Borough, will take place on Tuesday
next the 12 Inst, instant at the Police Court, at Eleven
Oclock in the forenoon, when I will thank you to have the goodness
to attend, and to bring with you, your certificate of com-
-petency or Service as the case may be.
