Dear Mr Tiddy 2 Decbr 1859
I have received your note of the 30' Ulto respecting the
Anchor removed to Withernsea, I have also received one
from Mr Hoad stating that it will be returned to you
When you receive it have the goodness to apprize the
Owner of the barge "William" thereof - and let me know
hereon _ when you deliver it to the owner.

Dear Mr Hoard (Vessel Capital.) 3 Dece 1859
Your Boatman Henry Wilson, who
heard Milne warn Chapman and others
not to touch the Wreck of the "Capital"
on the 26th Ultimo _ must be at Patrington
on the 21st Inst Wednesday a little before
noon for the purpose of giving evidence of
that fact. I send you some Notices
on the subject of Wreck to be posted up,

Vessel "Orient" loss of
Sir, 6' Decbr 1859.
I have conferred with the Stipendiary Magistrate on
the subject of inquiring respecting the loss of the
vessel above named_ and he has informed me
that Wednesday the 14 Inst will be a very convenient
day - I shall therefore - tomorrow take out {a} sum
-monses for the attendance of the respective
parties on that day. I am Sir: Your Obdt St
Particulars of time & place where J.S.
enquired is to be held, transmitted also inform the Solicitor
that the Certificate of Registry had been written for and that the owner had been
8/12/59. apprized
