Is informed that unless permission is granted by or
on behalf of the Receiver no person whatever is at liberty
to interfere with a sell wreck in the custody of a Receiver
or in the custody of the coast Guard on his behalf

Letters have been sent to Messrs Brown, Atkinson, se
and to the secretary at Lloyd's in terms of the chaft an
-nexed. G.H. Farrer 20 Novb 1859

The salary in this case has been settled and
will be accounted for in the current quarter

Coleman and five others
Dear sir 26 April 1860

In the prosecution of Coleman and five others
I beg to send you the accompanying, - by which I find
that i the directions I gave about preparing your Bill
I misled you.
I am not a Lawyer which you will
allow to plead my excuse.
Be so good as to prepare your Bill as directed
by our solicitor.

I altered the charge for summonses, to
eight, - as you will see that you omitted one.
Return the papers with your amended
Bill for Fees.
And be so good as to inform me whether
sums for witnesses will do.
