Mr Richd Bethel's Memorial Rights
1st Sept 1860
Sir,

In the memo annexed to you paperworked
no 5189 - Registered 4' May 1857 returned today
you informed me that Rich Bethel Esqr, - had
made good his title to wreck washed on shore at
Hornsea.

Preceding is a request from Mr Bethel's agent
for a settlement up to the present time

The annexed statementshow-remainder
of proceeds if such wreck as is due to Mr Bethel
and which have been accounted to you to the
30' June last. viz:

Delivered to the late Mr Stephenson £1-12-1 1/2
Delivered to Mr Sparrow - £4-14-5
£17-6-6 1/2

You will therefore oblige by giving directions
for payment of the said amount.

Sir Clifford Constable's Claim for Wreck

all the wreck delivered to Mr Stephenson
included in the annexed account took place
subsequent to 10th august 1854

no 131/1854 was delivered to the late Mr Stepehsnon
on the 25th November 1854

I do not understand why £22.18.10
is allowed in respect of wreck no 6/1858

See my letter to you of 12th April 1858
The Penalties and costs receovered
from Danley, Smith, & Frankish amounted
to £24, of which I remitted to Mr Wilkins
on 14 apl and 16 May £2.3.4. Paid expenses
