Recr of Wreck
Hull

according to the statement sent by the Re-
-ceiver he does not appear to have ammended his Report
Book in accordance with the instructions conveyed
in the queries on his account for June quarter 1858
Had he done so he would have seen at once that the
amounts of net proceeds due to the Lord of the Manor
or reference no 6817/1858 are £22-18-10 & £12-4-3 &
not £12-8-0 & £3-9-2 as stated by him,- The duplicate
Schedules for the June quarter 1858 are annexed with
the alterations therein initialled by the Receiver from
which he will perceive that the net proceees corres-
-pond with the amounts as shown on no 9a

Regret to have caused so much
trouble in this matter as I appear
to have done. I find that the account as set
out by you is quite correct.
