to the said Frederick County Court to be
held at Frederick Town on the first
Monday of August next.

Now the condition of the above obliga-
tion is such that if the said John Arnold do
and shall well and truly prosecute with
effect the said writ of replevin against the
said David Arnold for the taking of the
said Goods and chattels, and shall well and truly
return and redeliver the said Goods and chattels
to the said David Arnold if a return thereof
shall be adjudged by the said Court, and shall
pay and satisfy unto the said David Arnold
his executors administrators or assigns all such
damages costs and charges, as shall be adjudged
by the said Court, or which shall be sustained
by occasion of [ ]ying the goods and
chattels aforesaid, and shall in all things
well and truly observe and preform the
judgment of the said Court, in all things
of and upon the premises, then the above
obligation to be paid, otherwise to remain
in full force and [ ] in Law.
