snowing this morning before
day light and continued
all day and all night
until 8 oclock the next
morning was in my quarters
all day wrighting nothing
of interest to day sent 110.00

terible stormy snowing and
high wind how I felt for
the picketts this morning
still snowing until 8 o
clock the snow two feet
on a (__) wrote to my
family am in good
health for which I feal
thankfull have bean in
my room all day except
a little time I spent
in the Col room the
snow so deep I would
not venture out am
