Saterday 14 wrote to Mrs.
S.P. Dunott of elkton in
regard to Hospital clothing
distributed some tracks and
papers in Co B - three Co of
the 14th Pa Cavalry orders
out on a three days scout
our scouts are taken rebels
nearly every day this day
windy and cold nothing
special to day am in
good health

Sunday 15th had Sabeth School
this morning the boys are improving
Preached this afternoon at bolivar
from Psm 23-23--came down on
card playing our captain went to
his quarters and burned his cards
Preached at night in my quarters
on if they hear not Moses &
six came forward to the alter
for prayer had a good
time I think good will
be done in the regiment
may it be so
I am well received a
letter from home
