and wach the things left
behind until we get orders
to join our Reg the 11th Pa
cavalry and the 67th Pa infantry
leaves to night the 4th and
8th Ma Reg is on there way
and stoped here for the night
it is quiet in headquarters
to night i am in god health
the quarter master is here
with our provision and a
number of sick is left behind
what is a head of me I
doe not know but my
trust is in god I have no
desire to be in a fight
but if it is so ordered by
providence it will be all
right fight or no fight

Sunday 15th no religious service to day
or night very quiet here in
my quarters all day Cant tell
when we are going to Join our
Reg things look dark am in
good health except some
cold terible storm this afternoon
and night of snow hail rain
