Army Order Head Quarters,

Velasco, July 20th, 1836

The Quarter Master Genl. of the Texian Army will forthwith, witout any
delay, forward on to Copano, all powder, lead, amunition, pistols, swords,
cartridge boxes, rifles, shot pouches, and muskets, that may be in his
power.

He will also forward to the same place all provisions, stores, cloth-
=ing, camp equipment, baggage wagons, and good [horses?], which can be
procured, as also medicines, surgical instruments, etc.

To enable him to carry into effect the above, he is heavily empowered
to prep such transports as will enable him to forward them, as also such
Volunteers as may arrive at the point of Galveston, being specially
charged not to interfere with the rights of a neutral power.-

He will order all boats, lighting, and small craft suitable
for transportation, an also nails, spikes, planks & in such quantity
as he can procure for the purpose of building 50 Mackinaw boats.

All of which he will [put?] under charge of a proper office of his
department and report directly to the commanding Genl. for further
orders.

The Commissary & ordinance departments are under his control
as per General Order, a copy of which is herewith enclosed.
