little Henry sick this morning
14th Finished weeding corn on creek
Henry (little) been sick ever since
last Thursday nearly a week I
Plowed our corn on Branches
Layed by Lot corn Richard Plowed
1 1/2 days in Lot - Cutting Rye to
day Hilled up sweet Potatoes
Yesterday & Irish Potatoes
To day Mr D R Hunt came down
here & my negros Lila Sallie Ben
& Claiborne has been talking
impudent & doing but little
work, that Mr. Hunt said he
would go & talk with Lila
give him such impudence and
that he took hold of her &
choked her a little & said he would
Get him a rope & Back his her
a while & Humble Sallie Ben
ran off from the kitchen & no
body said a work her Lila
ran off & Claiborne run off as
soon as Mr Hunt got over the
