Your petitioner, F. P. Lechner, most respectfully asks
your honorable body to allow him commissions to watchmen in actu-
al service and working every night, with none others whatever.

All men Granted Commissions to work without Pay from the City.

We, the undersigned, heartily co-operate in requesting
said Board of Commissioners to grant the above order, in order
that a sufficient number of commissions be granted so that we may have the
proper protection.
