To rectify the irregularities which have taken place
respecting Commons, and to introduce good economy, the Committee
submits to the consideration of the Corporation the following regulations.

1. All provisions, utensils and whatever articles, may in future, be
purchased by the Steward for the use of the College, shall be deposited
in some apartment within the College.

2. No utensil shall be lent from the kitchen to any person living without
the College.

3. No utensil shall be lent from the kitchen to any person living within the
College, unless it be immediately charged to the person to whom it is
lent: And in case of omitting such charge, the Steward shall be responsible
for [said] utensil.
