Last Sunday evening my wife was safely put to bed. The infant was dead: but as her life was spared & her health is fast returning. The Fences [considerably?] injured by the Storm- Part of the north fence down & 2/3 of the rest of it leaning. Part of the South fences [?] [down?], at present propped up with [shores?]. A little of the [slap?] in the greenhouse [?] & more as it [?]. The green house requires [painting?] & is suffering for want of painting
