Untranscribed 1862

Warrington Junction and there at
4 oclock and took cars for Beathen(?)
Station arrived at 5 oclock and stayed
with the construction
corps who were repairing the
Rail road that had bean torn
up by the Rebels they were (__)

Thursday 12 we started on foot
to find our Reg passed over the
battle field of the Rapahanoc
Station and crossed the
River in a poonton Bidge at
12 oclock we arrived at Brandy
Station when we found our
Regement Chaplain
Boudry got his diner with me
at our head quarters and started
for Culpeper in search of his
Regement

Friday 13 the Col and I
rode as far as Culpeper
5 or 6 miles to See the place meet
Chap Boudry coming
back not being able to meet
with his Reg the Chap staid
all night with us one man
died to day in Co K
