My dear Miss White

I am prompted to write another note to you on account of a letter from my grandson Mr. Davies. You know he is actively engaged in the campaign now waging for a new mayor and better goverment

I hope with all my heart that their efforts will be rewarded.

It seems to me this is a matter for women to take part in and help. Louisville- that is the Machine does not want woman's Suffrage for every reason this should be enough to make people stop & think.

I believe if the women would ally themselves with the men in this campaign it would do more lasting good for the cause in Louisville than anything else I can think of. With my best wishes
