John Campbell

Humbly Sheweth

That your Petitioners being in Partnership
had a Store at the Town of Pittsburgh and Supplyed the Soldiery
under the Command of Lord Dummore in the late Indian Expedition
with Sundrys, which your Petitioners had appraised as the Act of Assembly
in that case provided direct which appraisments the Commissioner
appointed by your Honorable House to adjust the Military
Accounts in the Northern District refused to allow your
Petitioners to the great Injury of your petitioners And your
Petitioners further shew unto your Honourable House that they
Advanced Major John Connolly sum of Money and other things
to a considerable Amount depending Wholly who his pay
as an Officer for payment which pay he Assigned to your
Petitioners (before he Attended0 to perpetrate his Diabolical Plot
for his detection in which your Petitioner greatly Rejoice but the
