D Sir,
Charlotte Armstrong, who presents her free
papers, and who wishes to be registered in this office
is a free Woman, I have known Charlotte for some
years, and have never heard her freedom doubted.
She has property in Lynchburg (a House & lot or two I
would have attended Court in person, but was indisposed.
