Proctor, UTICA, Nov. 21, 1889 Show me the man that struck my wife [caption to drawing by Bill Nye; Nov.21,'89, of standing man smoking pipe] Dear Taylor: We'd both like 'mighty well to come, but are powerless ourselves to fix any times or date. Our manager - our soul - manager, I may say - insists on that exclusively, so you must consult him. His address is J. B. Pond, Everett House, Union Square, New York City. Hope you'll write him and get agreeable result. Mr. Nye and I are soon to appear at Chicago. Watch for our date there and turn out; we want to see you.
