A. who I think died
in [deletion] Florida or in
some part of the extreme
South. He was
Haverhill-born.
After boy hood
I never saw her
until she came to
see me at Philada.
on her return from the
East in 1829. I interated
myself with J. R. Chandler
& others to get an audien
for two lectures by her.
She gave one, & declined
to give the other, because
the audience was smaller
than at the first.
