I enclose an Easter violet so fresh and sweet.

April 4th. 96.

Dearest Love,

No word from you today, but you are just as near and dear to me as tho' a hundred letters had arrived.

I openeded my orbes at 10 A. M. this morning; then went for a long walk before lunch and spent the afternoon with the dentist and later Mae Van, her sister

from Vassar & Mr. Crigley from Cornell We had a jolly time and they are all coming up tomorrow about 5 P.m to visit me. I am this morning & go to Mallison's church - The Easter music is going to be grand: & immediately after dinner Natalie & I are going down to the charity association where her mother has to stay and take care of the place over Easter - I have not yet

Monday I shall go to Mt. Vernon to spend the day with the Hawkin's family. The reason of all this time to spare is, that Madame left town Friday night to return on Tuesday, so I take my next and last lesson on that afternoon. Mallinson is going to spend the morning with me, Tuesday

4 Mr. Storm goes with me in the afternoon to take my lesson & Mr Waugh has just written to ask me to go with him in the evening to the Settlement. Wed morning, I have to shop - Wed afternoon spend with Mae Van, Wed night to the theatre with Mallinson Thursday pack - Now you can realize my program beside all this I have got to write about a dozen letters and make at least 6 calls.

[page break] 5 Aren't you getting sick of my uninteresting letters? I've forgotten how to write, spell, and compose. Will be home in all probability Friday night at 9 P.M. but will let you know later.

Don't desert the Agassie boys for me til Papa or Les meet me they will be rejoiced to do it -
