U.V.M. North Hall May 11, 1961

My Dear Friend -

I received your [underline]note[/underline] last night & shall go to Stowe and receive your [underline]letter[underline] to night. I have just returned from York. All excietment there. Several of my aquaintances have enlisted. I have no time to write a lengthy letter. Will you meet me at Montpelier Depot next Tuesday at 12.30 or when the Express train is due there? Now do not [underline]fail[/underline] me but report yourself in due season.
