I am glad
to hear that James thinks of
coming out here. I will pay
him $25.00 per month & board.

I should think he had better bring
all the clothes that he has suitable

A supply of socks for next winter
would not be amiss but I would
not buy many clothes for future use.
When does he think of starting?
