Referring to your letter
of 13th last enquiring "how matters
"are progressing with reference to
"procurring Salmon Trout ova from
"Colpoys Bay: -- and also regarding
White fish ova, for Sandwich Hatchery."
I beg to state as follows:--

Having corresponded
with C.W. Gauthier relative to
making all preparations for setting
his trap-nets in Colpoys Bay, in
readiness for operations on the
1st Nov.:-- "He replies that, the
"nets are all ready to set at that
"date and that I may depend on
"having everything satisfactory."
