"to make arrangements for sending
"five millions of White fish eggs
"to go to the Lowe Provinces, will
"notify you when to ship."

The department had this
day telegraphed orders for the
above shipment to Nova Scotia
and New Brunswick. I therefore
give you timely notice to prepare
for the work. I have concluded
it best to get the Eggs here so that
we see their state before sending them
on to the Lower Provinces - I will
telegraph or write you when to send
them -- but you had better get
your boxes etc. ready to carry out
my order at anytime--
