This is all I can say to you
at present regarding your Enterprise

by the method I recommend, you can
no doubt get Sal-trout this season,
and should our attention be turned
to Bass rearing next season, you might
then be accommodated with [?] [?]

in which you say you have
put fry at Pelee Island Leamington
Kingsville Colchester [?]

[?] Lake [H..?] and Lake
[ ?] and at different Islands

I was under the impression
that you would have put some
at Port Stanley, and POrt Dover
and at [Hamilton?] or [?]
and if you have any on hand
you had better do so yet. -

I wrote the Dept some time
ago that, without further orders
from them, the fry would be put
as recommended in my report,
which [?] in the Eastern
part of Lake Erie, and at Hamilton,
and supposed you had got these
instructions from Ottawa.

I cannot see the [use?] of putting
any fry in the Detroit River
