H.M.A.S. "Dubbo" entered harbour during
forenoon. No rec party today but a
picture party to "Whyalla".

Painted ships side during forenoon.
Were lucky enough to win the loan of
a picture machine from Yanks. "Whyalla"
proceeded to sea about 1400 with tug
to go to Leyte to pick up H.M.S. Ulster.
Couldn't get picture machine going so
had party across to Yank transport.

Rec. party to "Pityilu". "Toowoomba"
entered harbour during afternoon,
so invited picture party across to see
"Gaslight" which was a very good
show
