Moore be dropped from the force;

7th. Resolved, that the applications of James L. Wells, Frank
Kennedy, C.H. Phillips, Irving Ward and William Duncan, for
appointment on the Police Force be approved, and they be hereby so
severally appointed as Patrol-men on the force, subject to the
Rules and Regulations of this Department.
