with Richard Pritchard of said City
and are property owners on Jackson
Street of said City & vicinity.
That from our acquaintance with
said Pritchard, we recommend your
Honorable Body to grant to him a
grocery license for his place of business
on the south side of Jackson Street
aforesaid now known as the Lake View
house; and believe that he will
conduct such business in a quiet
orderly manner.
