Rained nearly all day: a greater rain than was ever
known about here, severe as say many persons
quite advanced in years: father went to Willow
Grove for me, got home about 11 oclock found Helen
here, she has been here since 3d day evening: father
went to Perry Lugiars in the afternoon: took Helen
home as he went and brought Lucy home from
Uncle Samuels where she went yesterday: Joe
went to Brookeville in the afternoon.

13^th 7^thday
Rained 'till nearly noon: then cleared off: a beautiful
afternoon: Lucy went to the stores, and to Harewood
awhile in the afternoon, I went to the stores
father to Ingleside and other places.

14^th 1^st day
Clear day: Charlie Stabler, William and Emily here
before meeting: William and Emily dined here: Lucy
went to Sharon and Fulford awhile in the afternoon
and to Ingleside to stay all night, father went
to Ben Millers after supper.
