in the afternoon, Lucy and I went home with
her to supper: Lucy went with her to the
Lyceum/reading circle/after supper: Jeannie
home: Lucy Snowden here all night.
This is the anniversary of Debbies wedding day

23^d 6^th day
Cloudy most of the day: cold: Lucy and I dined
at Ingleside: Helen came home with us to stay
all night. Sam and Kate at Ingleside in the
morning: father having Polly Moores place surveyed:
killed a beef this morning: Williams
finished the roof about 9 oclock.
