in the morning: Aunt Nancy and Louis here after supper
Joe plowing in the afternoon. Lucy went from Brooke Grove to
Chandler;s ti Sanuel Elliots to stay all night.

16^th 7^th day
Snowed all day: father at Dr. Magruders and Brookeville
in the morning, at Olney to dinner and Higgins's after dinner

17^th 1^st day
Cleared off in the morning: bright day: mother not well, and
I did not go to meeting: Lucy came to meeting from
Samuel Elliotts, and home: Alban Thomas and Joshua
Gilpin here to supper, the latter staid all night.
