copy of this was sent from Marine Department 7/1/56
I think the receiver is clearly entitled to the £2
for one Days attendance and his expenses
in detaining exceeding a Bond &c
and subsequently allowing the [Arva?] to
proceed to Sea, the Ship having been detained
at the request of the Salvors the payment
of these charges should be enforced.
I think this should be referred to the Solicitor to enforce
the Bonds if practicible copy of this was sent to Solicitor of
Customs.

is requested with reference to the above minutes
to annex the Bonds in Question.

paper is reffered, is requested to write his
observations on this sheet, and return it
