To the Honorable the Council and House of Representatives in Assembly Convened

We the undersigned citizens living on the route of Burlington and Delavan Territorial Road having been credibly informed that a petition would be presented to the present Legislative Assembly asking that all the portion of said Road lying in the Town of Hudson should be altered or discontinued. Respectfully remonstrate against any such alteration or discontinuation.
