Sir:
Inclosed the Board sends you a copy of a letter dated Albany, Oreg., 31 Aug., '03, from Mr. Edwin Stone, Manager of the Corvallis & Estern Railroad Company, asking information relative to leasing the old abandoned light-house property at the entrance to Yaquina Bay, Oreg.
The Board requests you to confer with the Engineer of the 13th Light- House District, and with him make a joint report and recommendation in the matter.
