Charles Hall deceased
Estate of

Orphans Court in vacation. Present the
Honorable P. C. Byrne Judge. April 28^th 1843.

The following business was transacted.
This day appeared Joseph Hall and John Hall Executors
and filed this Bond as Executors of said Estate -
and the said Bond being approved of by the Court.
It is ordered by the Court that the said Bond be filed and recorded and that
said Executors be qualified and letters testamentary issue to them as Executors
of the last will and testament of said Charles Hall deceased.

And it is further ordered that Thomas Byrne Senior, Patrick Byrne
William Hall and Jackson Stedham be appointed appraisers of said
Estate and that said Executors make due return of an inventory and
appraisement within three months of said Estate.
