Know Ye, That ever having full faith in your prudence and
competency, have appointed you Commissioners, and by those presents
so authorize your or any one or more of you, at such time and
place as you may appoint, to call before you and examine
Bartlet C Jones Daniel M Forney and James L. F.
Cottrell as witnesses in a cause pending in our Chancery Court
of Lowndes County, wherein Lucy Huntley isComplinant and
Caroline M Hunley et al are Defendants on Oath to be by
you administered, upon Interrogatories annexed to this Commission,
to take and certify the Depositions of the witnesses
and return the same to our said court, to be holden on the
4th Monday in May next under your hands and Seals.
