William W. Watkins Executor of the last will and Testment of Benjamin Sherrod
late of Laurence County, Alabama, du. having filed his accounts and Voucher For
Annual Settlement as such executer, for the year 1857. This ordered by the Master,
that the same be left for allowance, at his office in the town of Mouller** the 1st
Monday in September ****; this further Ordered that Isaac N. Owen and he is
herby appointed Gaurdian ad Litem, for William Sherrod, Benjamin Sherrod,
Frank Sherrod, Alice Clay Sherrod, John Bolten Sherrod, Frances Sherrod, Benjamin
Sherrod, Felix Sherrod, Henry Sherrod & Walter Sherrod, minor heirs and legatees of
said Benjamin Sherrod dec.
This futher ordered that publicaton be made of a copy of this order in the north
Alabamian a newspaper published in the town of Tuscumbia for three successive
weeks John H. Hausell Reg. & Master.
