[in]crease there of belonging to the said Testator at his death or the increase
of such slaves since, are not bequeathed or disposed of in the said last
will & testament of said deceased, Viz- five women, named Sylvia,
Dolly, Lucy, Harriet & Elizabeth - & six girls, named, Salina, Kitty, Adal
Harriet, Elizabeth & Patience, & five boys named Jack, Gilbert, Claiborn,
Lathan & Harrison, & three children, Liston & Cina (twins) & one child
not named about a month old, & five men, named Henry, Zack,
Daniel, Gandy & Wilson; Also ten mules, 1 sorrel horse, 1 Colt, 4.
Mares & 1 mare & colt which are not bequeathed or dishosed of in said
will, besides the 19 mules and 11 horses & colts bought of William W
Watkins for the use of said plantation in said county of Franklin &
State of Alabama, which have accumulated on said several plantations
since the death of said deceased Testator & which belong to the body of
his Estate not bequeathed in said will
Complainants further say & show that the following persons are
Heirs & legatees of the estate said deceased Testator; that is to say
Mrs Talitha Sherrod widow of said Testator - Fredrick O A Sherrod
deceased, whose estate is administered by James W Ligon as
administrator, Mrs Sarah A Sherrod ( widow of Felix OM Sherrod deceased)
Samuel W Sherrod deceased, whos administrator is unknow, Mrs
Susan A Shackelford (wife of Camplainant) William C Sherrod,
Samuel G Watkins, of the state of Mississippi, William Swope deceased, whas
administrator is John C Burruss _ & Mrs Sarah A Sherrod wife of said
Felix A M Sherrod Deceased, Benjamin Sherrod minor over
fourteen years, of age Francis E Sherrod minor over fourteen years of
age & Alice Clay Sherrod minor under fourteen children of
Felix A M Sherrod dec'd , who resides in said County of Lawrence and
State of Alabama -- Walter Sherrod minor under fourteen years
of age & Henry Clay Sherrod minorover fourteen years of age
childeren of Samuel W Sherrod deceased , who reside in said County
of Lawrence aforsaid &
Richard Jones trustee of the Estate of Mrs Susan A Sherrod
& William W Watkins Trustee of the Estate of Mrs Shackelford
aforesaid & Samuel W Sherrod Deceased & Samuel W Shackelford (one

And Complainants pray that the said Tabitha Sherrod, said James
W Ligon as administrator of the Estate of said Fredrick O A Sherrod
deceased, and the administrator or executor of the Estate of said Samuel
W Sherrod deceased when made known, said Mrs Sarah A Sherrod,
said Mrs Susan A Shackelford, said William C Sherrod, said
Samuel G Watkins, said John C Burruss, administrator of the Estate of
William M Swope deceased, said Benjamin Sherrod, said Francis E Sherrod
& said Alice C Sherrod Children of said Felix deceased & said Walter
Sherrod & said Henry Clay Sherrod children of said Samuel deceased
said Richard Jones and said William W Watkins as such Trustees as
aforesaid be made parties defendants to this amended bill of complaint
& to said original Bill of complaint that subpoena issue to them &c and
that they anwser this bill & said original bill of complaint as required
